Nicola is now an established Bromcom user and had nothing but praise for the Cloud-MIS when she spoke with our Customer Service Team earlier this month. Here’s her take on how Bromcom supports her in the role of SBM.
I use the Bromcom system every single day. Whether it’s registration, attendance, school trips, clubs, or finance, our One-Stop-Package means that the majority of our school business is conducted via the MIS.
We’ve really progressed well with the system. There are still elements that are a work in progress but we’re loving what we use already and it seems quite easy to implement new items as we see fit. For example, we’ve recently rolled out MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) to parents which has been a seamless process and has allowed us to have consistent contact with home.
In general, the One-Stop-Shop offering just makes life easier. Knowing that everything is in one place makes navigation so much easier than if we were across multiple systems.
This is particularly the case when it comes to admin. The introduction of Bromcom has massively improved efficiencies and brought our school firmly into the 21st Century. Beforehand, we were still using paper registers. This electronic package has streamlined everything we do and now allows staff to focus on other critical tasks day-to-day.
We’re absolutely delighted with the service on offer from Bromcom, it’s been brilliant. Not only have we not had any issues with downtime, but the support desk have also consistently been on hand to resolve any queries we’ve had. This service extends to the help guides too. We’ve been able to answer a lot of questions ourselves using the documentation put together by Bromcom. Either way whenever we need a solution, it’s often quickly available.
The team are helpful, informative, and we’re really happy with our decision to move to Bromcom.
